This is disgusting. Not minding people around him, he could still do this act. What was he thinking? A man was spotted this morning on the popular Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos taking a dump and relaxing to the cool waves from the Lagoon….He didn’t even bother of the road users and commuters plying the expressway as he relaxed while he excreted. Is this part of the hustling and bustling life style of Lagos?
