This is strange. Residents of Guraka LGA in Niger State chased PHCN officials away by placing charms on the electric pole, this was done because they complain they usually have less power supply but will always demand for power supply payment or they will be disconnected. The PHCN officials could not gather the courage to climb and disconnect the wire after seeing the charms. More photo below
