I know this is a disgrace to the force, but no one should be a judge over this man. This is because you are not in his shoes, you never can tell what must have prompted him to get drunk even while on duty. There are different things a man faces everyone minutes, some get themselves drunk than committing suicide. This should be looked unto why he was so drunk so early in the morning that he fell inside that dirty gutter. This happened along old Ife road in Ibadan. To make matters worse, he is a traffic officer that was attached to Onipepeye Junction. I hope something can be done about this." More photo below
