The source also said, this is part of the reason why people can stop r*ping. It was a gathering of both Nigerians and foreigners, a lady who came to be noticed, stepped in with a weird kind of dress all in the name of fashion. It was obvious, she came to the gathering to be noticed. If she was your sister or wife, and seeing this photo what would you have done to her?
